Ingredients:
- 2 cups of boiled fine minced beef,
- ½ cup of bengal gram flour,
- 1 cup of chopped onion,
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili,
- 1 teaspoon of kabab spice,
- 3 pieces of boiled egg,
- 1 piece of beaten egg,
- 1 cup of biscuit powder,
- oil for frying,
- salt according to taste.
Instructions:
- At first mix all the ingredients except the eggs and biscuits.
- Then place the boiled eggs in the center and give the mixer a shape according to your choice.
- Then rub it with the beaten egg and roll it on the biscuits powder. Now keep it in fridge for ½ an hour.
- Then deep-fry it until the color is golden brown. Lastly serve the nargis kebab and enjoy.
