Nargis Kabab~



Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of boiled fine minced beef,
  • ½ cup of bengal gram flour,
  • 1 cup of chopped onion,
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili,
  • 1 teaspoon of kabab spice,
  • 3 pieces of boiled egg,
  • 1 piece of beaten egg,
  • 1 cup of biscuit powder,
  • oil for frying,
  • salt according to taste.



Instructions:
  1. At first mix all the ingredients except the eggs and biscuits.
  2. Then place the boiled eggs in the center and give the mixer a shape according to your choice.
  3. Then rub it with the beaten egg and roll it on the biscuits powder. Now keep it in fridge for ½ an hour.
  4. Then deep-fry it until the color is golden brown. Lastly serve the nargis kebab and enjoy.
