Hot Dog~

We love hot dogs at our house and these were so good. They had just the right amount of kick thanks to these hot dogs. Also goes well as tiffin treats for kids.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups of flour,
• 1 tablespoon of yeast,
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
• 1 piece of egg,
• 1 tablespoon of sugar,
• ½ cup of water,
• 8-10 pieces of sausage,
• sauce; for garnish,
• 1 teaspoon of salt.

Instructions:

1. At first mix all the ingredients properly except the sausage and keep it with cover.
2. When it is lump; take it out and make some buns and bake them in a pre heated oven over 180°C heat for 20 minutes.
3. Then cut the buns lengthwise in the middle and then place the sausages in buns and srinkle the top with home made tomato or chili sauce.
4. Lastly serve the hot dog and enjoy.
