I am a big fan of seafood. I love this particular recipe very much….because of that very yummy salsa.
Ingredients:
- 210 g of boneless sea bass,
- 10 g of butter,
- 50 g of miso paste (soya bean paste),
- 100 ml of orange juice,
- black pepper powder according to taste,
- lemon according to taste,
- sugar according to taste,
- salt according to taste.
Ingredients for salsa:
- 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cucumber,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped capsicum,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
- salt according to taste.
Instructions:
- At first wash the sea bass properly and dried up it with kitchen towel and bake the sea bass with the butter until it is tender.
- Then make the sauce; mix the miso paste with the orange juice, salt, black pepper, lemon & sugar.
- Then cook the mixture until the consistency is thick.
- Mix all the ingredients listed for the salsa. A handful of cubed tomatoes, cucumber & capsicum should suffice for the salsa.
