Sea Bass with Red Salsa~

I am a big fan of seafood. I love this particular recipe very much….because of that very yummy salsa.

Ingredients:
  • 210 g of boneless sea bass,
  • 10 g of butter,
  • 50 g of miso paste (soya bean paste),
  • 100 ml of orange juice,
  • black pepper powder according to taste,
  • lemon according to taste,
  • sugar according to taste,
  • salt according to taste.

Ingredients for salsa:
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cucumber,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped capsicum,
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • salt according to taste.

Instructions:
  1. At first wash the sea bass properly and dried up it with kitchen towel and bake the sea bass with the butter until it is tender.
  2. Then make the sauce; mix the miso paste with the orange juice, salt, black pepper, lemon & sugar.
  3. Then cook the mixture until the consistency is thick.
  4. Mix all the ingredients listed for the salsa. A handful of cubed tomatoes, cucumber & capsicum should suffice for the salsa.
  5. Serve the fish with sauce poured on it and salsa on a side.
