Minced Meat-Bread Chops~

Crunchy, soft and mellow on the outside. Spicy, tangy and meaty inside, these chops are the kind of thing you'd want to save for your last bite.

  • 2 tablespoons of clarified butter,
  • 2 pieces of eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
  • 1 cup of breadcrumb,

  • salt according to taste.

Instructions:
  1. At first beat the eggs and boil the potatoes and mash it, mix it with the chili, ½ black pepper & salt and keep aside.
  2. Fry the onion, ginger & minced meat with the clarified butter on the pan.
  3. Pour the rest of the black pepper powder, hot spices powder, tomato sauce, lemon juice, green chili & spear mint and stir it until it is cooked.
